Could your Team do with more volunteers?  

We know that sustainable volunteer recruitment is a priority for all our teams. With this in mind, we have designed an interactive and engaging workshop all about how to find (and just as importantly) retain volunteers. We will equip you with some useful  tools and methods that you could use to help increase the number of adult volunteers in your team.

During this workshop, we will cover:

• The Recruitment Cycle  
• Overcoming barriers to volunteering
• Tools and resources for recruitment  
• Welcoming and supporting new volunteers 
• Putting together a recruitment plan 

The aim of our workshop is to leave you with the ideas and tools to successfully find and keep volunteers. 

This interactive workshop is planned to last 5 hours including refreshments and breaks. Tea, coffee, juice  and snacks will be provided, however please bring your own mug/water bottle and packed lunch as well any food that you feel you might require during the meeting times.

As volunteer recruitment is a team effort whether you are a leader, trustee, manager or supporter this workshop is open to all irrespective of your role. We are keen that each group has a few different representatives so please encourage other members of your teams to come along with you.
