Our District Scout Centre has a room off the reception area and main activity hall which can be used as a training/meeting room.

The indicative price above is based on 1 hour room hire.

Our District Scout Centre has a separate room from the main activity hall which can be used as a training/meeting room. The room is approximately 6.5m by 6.5m.

The room has a separate door from the reception area as well as sliding full height doors into the main activity hall (separate booking) if you wish to expand your meeting into a larger space.

The room is equipped with:

    • Electric wall heaters controlled via  their own room thermostat.
    • Unlimited Internet access (Super fast FTTC Broadband)
      • “Guest” SSID wifi requires voucher code which is issued once booking payment received.
      • Password protected “Scouts” SSID wifi for use of Mersey Weaver Adult  Leaders only.
    • An electrically operated wall mounted projector screen 5m (W) by 3m (H).
    • Ceiling mounted smart HD projector.
      • Controlled via remote

    • Wireless Presenter remote

Shared use of:

  • Toilets (male and female)
  • Kitchen , fitted with
    • Hot water urn, kettle, microwave and oven, undercounted fridge and freezer.
    • Commercial double bowl sink unit with hot and cold water.
    • Note there is no cooker as the facility is designed for the reheating of cooked food only.
    • Serving hatch into meeting room (opened from meeting room side).
