Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award

We are delighted to be able to hold our second centralised Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) Bronze / Chief Scout Platinum Award Qualifying Expedition.  This will be an accessible hiking expedition for people with lower mobility and supporters based around Tatton Park.

To satisfy DofE requirements, there must be teams of between 4 and 7 people for this to run.

  • Deciding the aim of the expedition
  • Planning the route
  • Determining the kit required and who will bring it
  • Planning food (this will need to be provided by the team)

Planning meetings will be held on the following dates at the District Scout Centre, Moor Lane, Frodsham WA6 7DD:

  • Monday 16th September 19:00 – 21:00
  • Monday 23rd September 19:00 – 21:00

The expedition will take place on Saturday 19th October – Sunday 20th October 2024.

Please register for the expedition by 15th September 2024.
