Description
Located to the rear of the Hideaway and adjacent to campfire circle, the Gallery is enclosed on sides and back with 2.1m high solid oak board fencing and at the front by a hardstanding area with half height walls and roof. Access is with a digital padlock, individual unique access code issued which is only valid for the duration of the booking.
The enclosed activity consists of:
- Grassed surface on soil backfilled geogrids suitable for most wheelchair traffic: 17m (length) by 13m (width) flat activity area
- Floodlighting of open area for evening/low ambient light use.
The covered area consists of
- Hardstanding area: 10m (width) by 3.6 m (depth), concrete surface, open front with half-height walls and roof above.
- Roll down ultra clear 20 mil vinyl “outdoor curtains” fitted above rear and side half-height walls.
- Striplights below covered roof area.
- Outdoor double socket power point (rear of hardstanding).
- Oak bench seating, 4 benches each approx. 1.8m wide, 20cm deep and 40cm high provides seating for between 16-20 people.
- Gated access, 1 metre wide, fitted with sliding bolt on inside and digital padlock on outside to control access.
Please note:
- No fires/altar fires/BBQs of any kind are to be used within the area.
- Shooting and archery bookings will take precedence over activity area bookings as this area is primarily used for target sports. However, with the prior agreement of the District Shooting Advisor advance block repeat duration bookings for the same time each week may be taken.
