Patrol Leader Weekend

Calling all Scout Patrol Leaders!

On Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st October we will be holding a skills weekend camp just for you at Queen Charlotte’s Wood.  All patrol leaders from across the district are welcome to attend and take part in adventurous activities designed to help you grow as a good leader.

The weekend will be an overnight camp, covering and building on elements of teamwork, leadership, communication and more.

The cost per person will be £30 for the weekend.

Start (Saturday 30/10/2021, 09:00) –  Finish (Sunday 31/10/2021, 15:00) at Queen Charlotte’s Wood, The Ridgeway, Frodsham WA6 6XQ

What you will need to wear/bring

COVID Precautions

• This will primarily be an outdoor event
• When indoors, please keep distanced between households where possible and wear a face covering
• You must complete a lateral flow test at home before attending as well as on return
• Please DO NOT attend if you meet any of the following criteria:
  • You have any of these 3 symptoms of COVID-19, even if they are mild
    1. An elevated temperature.
    2. A new, continuous cough.
    3. A loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell.
  • You’ve tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days
  • You’ve been told to self-isolate following contact with someone who tested positive
  • You are required to quarantine after returning from abroad
  • Someone you live with has symptoms or tested positive; unless:
    • you’re fully vaccinated – this means 14 days have passed since your final dose of a COVID-19 vaccine given by the NHS
