District AGM 2021

You are invited to this years Annual Review of Mersey Weaver Scouts. It is an opportunity for you to understand what we have been up to; what is new this year and what we plan for next year and beyond. More importantly it is your opportunity to have a say in what we could be doing and indeed who should manage your District.

We really do hope you can join us, not least for the fantastic presentation from our Explorer Provision, Youth Shape Team, Introduction of our International Contingents for 2022 and 2023 but also a special introduction to our new Growth and Development Officer, Andrew Coe  and address from our Deputy County Commissioner for People – Val Thomason.

Refreshments will be provided by our World Scout Jamboree contingent and you are welcome to arrive from 19:00 to chat and catch up with Scout friends before the meeting starts at 19:30.

We are always looking to diversify our Board of Trustees and would especially like to increase the number of Explorer Scout Parents and 18-25 year olds on the committee. We are also looking for a new District Secretary.
