Beaver Sports Evening 2019

On the back of the success of our WSJ Beaver Sports Evening, our EuroJam Contingent are organising a Europe’s  themed Beaver Sports Evening. We think this a really great way to introduce the Beavers to our Contingent and give them some awareness of the European Jamboree. It will also be a great way for Beavers from other colonies to meet one another and burn off some steam! Even better for leaders, they get a week off from organising something in the programme! Each Beaver will be provided with a biscuit and a drink.
The event will take place on the Heath Park just outside 4th Runcorn Scout HQ.
Parents are encouraged to park at the Heath Technical and Business Park and walk over.
Who can attend?
Any Beaver from the District. You can come as an entire colony or a solo Beaver. Parents and family are encouraged to come along to cheer their Beavers on. The World Scout Jamboree Contingent will have some refreshments on sale to help with their fundraising.
What to wear/bring
Comfortable sports clothing, trainers and your group necker. There will be a dressing up race which in line with the European theme – please bring some costumes. We will also have hotdogs, refreshments and a tombola.
