Mersey Weaver AGM 2025

You are invited to this year’s Annual Review of Mersey Weaver Scouts. It is an opportunity for you to understand what we have been up to, what is new this year and what we plan for next year and beyond. More importantly, it is your opportunity to have a say in what we could be doing and indeed the Trustees who look after your District.

We really do hope you can join us, not least to meet our incoming District Lead Volunteer, Thomas Salvani but also to hear from:

• Your District Team
• 14 – 24 Team
• Youth Shape Team
• Our International Contingents for 2025 and 2027
• A report from our Local Growth Officer
• An address from our County Lead Volunteer, Dave Hopley

Refreshments will be provided by our International Contingent and you are welcome to arrive from 19:00 to chat and catch up with Scout friends before the meeting starts at 19:30.

We are also searching for a new District Chair and District Treasurer and would welcome nominations of potential candidates. We are always looking to diversify our Board of Trustees and would especially like to increase the number of Explorer Scout Parents and 18-25 year olds on the Board.

We are also accepting nominations for two 18-25 year olds and two over 25 year olds to represent us on the County Scout Council.
